My role involves a combination of team management, system oversight, and operational administration, including:

  • Coordinating and supporting the administrative team
  • Managing clinician schedules and service delivery logistics
  • Overseeing system use (e.g. invoicing, scheduling, compliance tracking)
  • Processing invoices and ensuring financial workflows are accurate and timely
  • Supporting business operations and continuous improvement initiatives

How do you support clients and the clinical team?

I act as a key link between clients, clinicians, and administration to ensure smooth service delivery.

What do you enjoy most about your role?

I enjoy being able to bring structure, efficiency and simplicity to complex operations while supporting both clients and staff. Maintaining a positive team culture and seeing the impact of well-coordinated services on client outcomes is particularly rewarding.

I enjoy staying active and making the most of the North Queensland weather—whether that’s being outdoors, keeping fit, or just soaking up the sunshine whenever I can.

I love experimenting in the kitchen, especially with unusual or complex recipes. I also enjoy learning how to make things from scratch—my favourite so far is homemade pasta and sourdough.
