Professional Background

Professional background

During high school, I was first introduced to occupational therapy at a time when I was exploring a healthcare career that prioritised strong rapport-building and meaningful relationships. I was drawn to OT because of its focus on helping people achieve their goals and aspirations, and I wanted to be part of that journey.

Since beginning my career, I have worked exclusively in the private practice NDIS space, supporting clients with a wide range of functional, developmental, and participation-based goals.

Approach to Care

How I work with clients

My therapy style is guided by the belief that therapy should be adaptive and highly personalised. I value taking the time to understand each person's goals, background, strengths, and personality, as I believe there is no "one-size-fits-all" approach to therapy.

Clients can expect collaborative, client-led sessions that are engaging and enjoyable. For children, sessions are designed to create positive experiences where they can learn, grow, and build confidence while working towards their goals.

Personal Touch

Outside of work

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and my dogs. I am very family-oriented and value quality time together. I love adventuring with my family and bring that same sense of curiosity, creativity, and fun into my therapy sessions.
